Meet our board

In a not-for-profit aged care organisation, the Board plays a crucial governance role. It is responsible for setting the strategic direction, ensuring financial sustainability, and upholding the mission and values of the organisation. While the Board does not manage day-to-day operations, it appoints and supports the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who leads the organisation and oversees service delivery.
The Board works closely with the CEO to ensure that care remains high-quality, person-centred, and aligned with community needs. For clients and funders, this means confidence that the organisation is well-governed, transparent, and committed to continuous improvement in the care of older Australians.
