At Better Connected Community Services (BCCS), our Child and Family Support program is dedicated to helping individuals and families thrive through a range of initiatives that promote education, wellbeing, and social connection.
  • Information and Referrals – Helping individuals and families connect with essential community services, support networks, and resources.
  • Play and Learn Programs – Engaging early childhood programs that encourage learning through play, fostering social and cognitive development.

  • School Support Programs – Offering a Transition to School Program, along with essential supplies and homework support, to help school-aged children build confidence, achieve academic success, and improve school attendance.​
  • Community Events – Bringing people together through inclusive events that celebrate culture, learning, and connection.

  • Health and Wellbeing Programs – Offering workshops and activities to promote mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.

  • Breakfast Club – Ensuring primary school students start their day with a nutritious meal, supporting their focus and learning.

  • Energy Accounts Payment Assistance (EAPA) – Providing financial assistance to households struggling with energy bills, helping ease financial stress.
