Better Connected Community Services (BCCS) is committed to assisting all of our service users to get the most out of every level of home care support package. As an organisation with over 55 years’ experience in providing services to our local community, we pride ourselves on providing top quality industry leading services provided by our dedicated team of locally-based care professionals.

The BCCS approach to service princing

To help you maximise the benefit of your package we use an inclusive pricing structure to ensure that there are no unexpected charges. That means that all service costs are built into our rates to ensure that our pricing is transparent and fair for all our wonderful service users. We also use a ‘flat’ pricing structure to ensure that we reduce complexity and keep costs low.

Care Management

Better Connected Community Services apply a flat 10% fee for care management. This reflects our commitment to maximising the number of services and supports that you can receive under each package level. This ensures that you are always able to get the most benefit out of your package.

Everyday Living Services are available to assist you maintain your living space to enable you to stay independent in your home for longer.
